Milner then lent over the side of the bus so the 53-year-old fan could see the trophy.Andrew’s mother Hilary told the Liverpool Echo: “It was averykind gesture and it made Andrew’s day.”Mr Devine has been in a wheelchair since suffering serious injuries at Hillsborough in 1989.His brain was deprived of oxygen when his chest was crushed and he was not expected to survive the day. Milner has previously met Mr Devine during visits to the Melwood training ground.The Liverpool vice-captain came off the bench in Madrid as the Reds beat Tottenham 2-0 to claim their sixth European title.
