Now, according to The Sun, Unai Emery is ready to sanction a bid for the 22-year-old Argentina international in January.The report claims contact has already been made with Boca, who have quoted Arsenal a sky-high fee of 40million.Fulham are also claimed to have made an approach for Pavon, but Arsenal are the frontrunners to secure his signature.Pavon has won 11 caps for Argentina and is rated as one of the most promising players in South America.He has been with Boca since 2014, joining from local clubTalleres when a teenager in a 1m deal.2
