In the five-and-a-half years since his 85million move to the Bernabeu, Bale has scored 101 goals and provided 63 assists in 222 games, helping the club win four Champions League trophies. And yet, he has never really won over the home fans.The 29-year-old, who still has four years left on his contract with Real, has been regularly linked with a return to the Premier League and his agent, Jonathan Barnett, said in an exclusive interview with talkSPORT on Tuesday that Bale may consider leaving if the jeers continue.

And former striker and coach, Allen, would be delighted to see the Welshman back in a Spurs shirt.I would love to see that happen, he told Tuesdays Sports Breakfast.Gareth Bale coming back to Spurs, with the new stadium and the way the club is moving forward, I think that would be a massive statement.Obviously I was there when he arrived and I worked with him for a number of years.
